We hope you love your Nordest products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@nordestsupply.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
